Bad service and not keeping to promise.
I called bonitas regarding the maternity benefit and they promised to send a maternity bag. This was when I was 28 weeks pregnant. My son is almost one month old still no bag or word from bonitas. Very bad service. I am very disappointed because they do not keep their promises.
