BAD SERVICE AND *********** STAFF OF BONITAS

I am on a BONCAP as a full time student and my contributions are paid by my dad from his current account. Bonitas were charging me R1616 but after submitting a letter from the University I started paying R330. However my dad arranged a debit order and wrote a letter authorising Bonitas to debit his account for the contrbutions. But now Bonitas have gone back and debited my dad's account with R1616.00 and R1313 as an arrears instead of debiting R330. This is really unprofessional and time waisting as we have been on this road before. What the hell does STUPID BONITAS STAFF WANT US TO DO NOW. What documentation do you want now. I called this morning and Ruel told me that finance billed us R1616 because we did not submit the documents. This is ridiculous and UNACCEPTED. Can somebody at BONITAS PLEASE SORT THIS MESS. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEING ERRONEOUS DEBITED WITH R1313 TWICE WHICH IS A TOTAL OF R2626. I REALLY NEED THIS TO BE REVERSED AS MY ACCOUNT IS NOW OVERDRAWN BECAUSE OF STUPID *********** ADMINISTRATORS.
