BAD SERVICE AND *********** STAFF OF BONITAS

After some interaction with Bonitas Medical Fund representative namely Thashni Thevan my query was resolved with the utmost professionalism. However I understood that there were mis-communication and mis understanding between ourselves and Bonitas but due to their commitment to high customer satisfaction they were able (through Thashni) to rise above themselves and resolve the issue. When you have excellent staff this is what happens in your organisation. I believe that Bonitas have some professional staff in their mist and to this I really thank you. You have some great staff.
