Bad service

My name is Patricia Sentsho, in 2024/01/31 was admitted in lenmed private hospital to give birth, in the process Lancet took blood test for the baby and since then they haven't payed for them. I went to their office and played a complain they said they will deal with it till now the balance is R1736.25, and I'm handed over to vericred and that puts my name in a bad record.
