Bad service !!!
Bonitas - worst cuatomer service ever!! Having problems since May 2024, *********** staff. Been sending documents as requested, and still they can't resolve the problem. How difficult is it to change bank details. Phone them and hold on for ever, till airtime runs out, call back and a different person is to glad to help qith no luck. Send a mail up a d down for ever and a day. Still no luck. Maybe I should take my savings and move to another medical aid.
