Bad service

This medical aid its a problem when it comes to savings refund. At first they said to process refund it takes 14 days and I understood that, then comes the 14th day I'm told 7 days or 14 days. There's no clarity as to where or which stage in the refund process it is as I'm told they will escalate my query. Bad service
