Bad service

on the 8th Jan 2020 , i went to trauma in Melomed Mitchells Plain was help and i left was not admitted. Today im recieving a statement from the hospital that my claim was declined because no funds, i called Bonitas and lady told me that was suppose to call Boncap myself and not hospital, i told her i have never done that before and one told me about that when i was joining this medical aid and it is not the first im using boncap was using it before stopped and joined again last year and i have been in trauma unit then call themselves for authorisation since when now must call for myself . I find it very strange when Bonitas must pay they come up with stories if you do not tell your client when they joining how are you expecting us to know ? if you do not resolve this matter now i am cancelling this medical aid this is bull****
