Bad Service

<p>During January and Febraury 2017 I sent a query to Bonitas about my PBM benefits. I was diagnosed with a Pulmonary Embolisme in 2016. When I went to see the doctor for a check up, I was sent for additional blood tests. A motivition letter, from my doctor on why additional tests were required, was obtained and sent to Bonitas. This was to establish where Bonitas would consider paying the additional blood tests as part of my PMB benefits and therefore extend the current benefit I have. The people who dealt with the quer did not understand what I was trying to explain. I explained this query in a few different ways. I had to keep following up with Bonitas otherwise I would get no any response. The last email where I expalined in detial what I required was sent to Bonitas in February. I received no response and followed up with another email in March. The follow up email in March has also not been answered. On my query history on my online profile it just says that the query is open. I did not even recieve a normal confirmation form Bonitas to say that they are working on the query. In the meantime my claims keep getting rejected. There was spesific a motivation letter from the doctor to see whether Bonitas would pay because the test were a follow up on my existing condition. The motivation was to be sent to a department to look into it and that is all I know. I have never received any repsonse from the department. I am very disappointed in the way these matters have been dealt with and I would value it if urgent attention can be given to this matter. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
