BAD SERVICE
<p>On the 30th November i gave notice to cancel the medical aid after i was informed that for new option and new rates for 3 people i am going to pay R7201. On the 7/12/16 i received R1150.68 under reference no ********** 7548. No explanation what the money is for to date. When i received my salary of 15 December 2016 Bonitas charged me R7201 which is for new rates and new option yet i have terminated the medical aid and it was confirmed in writting. No one can explain when am i going to receive my refund, speaking to Nthabiseng Rammala was the worst she couldnt help but just scream in explaining what she alos couldnt confirm. Can i get my refund i dont owe Bonitas for any new rate/new option or membership amount at all.</p>

Ya hey!!!!! I can only receive my refund in early Januaryafter Bonitas received and confirmed my termination timeously yet it ran its MAGTAPE for payment. Bonitas knew in time that i terminated but still run its MAGTAPE. Who is fooling who? Keep your medical aid shame.
