bad service

<p>Failure to pay /bad attitude i had an accident on the 30th April, the ambulance fetch me, and rushed me to N1 City hospital, i fell of the roof, and injured my back badly and was conscussed, i received morphine, and was heavily sedated, whilst at N1 City hospital the doctors send me for xrays , i was in the ER at the hospital, later i was discharged. i recieved 2 bills from the pathologist and radiologists, which bonitas didnt pay, i dont have money to pay for this, i was incapacitated and the hospital was supposed to call them to get auth, i called Boncap hospital management, spoke to Jacy today , her attitude towards me was really bad, she said its my responsibilty to call , not the hospital, how was i supposed to call, if i was heavily sedated, and no procedure was explained to me, please try to understand my view, i couldve phoned and knew i wouldve. i need this to be settled asap please as this was not my fault, and tell your staff to be more polite to clients and treat them fairly. thank you. nb* i wrote this report posted it on the 8th july, no feedback as yet!</p>
