Bad service

<p>I owed Bonitas money after I have cancelled my medical aid. I have paid it in full through ITC. I have send trhough the letter that all the money was paid that ITC have send me. But it looks like Bonitas have gave the same account to several companies. They don't inform these company that the money are paid in full. So every day I get sms's and calls from these companies to say I must pay the account. I have send the letter through to Bonitas and asked them to let these people know. Because they now have blacklisted me. It is very poor service from Bonitas side.</p>
