Bad results i recieved when i call them

Good day, I'm a member of Bonitas since 2018 and currently I'm experiencing bad service with them.In April, i had some screening done using the network Dr they provided. Now when they had to pay Empath lab what Bonitas did reversed the half of the money with out any reason. I received a call from Empath saying i have outstanding amount and the other one was reversed by Bonitas need to call them.So when i do they just give me so many ref number each day and tell me the matter been taken to financial department.The last call i did with them the lady confirmed that there are funds on my medical aid and i used the right network Dr and she doesn't understand also why it was reversed. Now thinking of moving to another medical provider really.
