Bad Response time/ and not assisting patients with chronic medicine.

Bonitas is not getting back to enquiries regarding chronic medicine. Very bad response time / if at all. Not assisting patients will have to change medicine as they are no longer fund it. No assistance as dr advice is, Bonitas must supply a list of approved medicine.
