Bad query resolution

As usual. Empty promises by this service provider. I received a call from one of their staff members on Friday. She said that she understood what needed to be done and passed the query on to another division to update my claim she also said that she would call me yesterday to update me as to the progress of the query. So I'm not very happy with their service.
