Bad or no service from Marara

As previously stated Bonitas appoint Marara pharmacy as the service provider for chronic medication. But from the first time medication was not delivered on time. This month they claim already on the 14/03/2025 but uptodate no medication has been delivered. As it can be life-threatening it's important to get medication on time as it was supposed to be delivered on the beginning of the month. I get forced to go to a normal pharmacy and then forced to pay 30% excess because the appointment provider doesn't deliver just claim and get paid without delivering medication. As it's now 24/03 nothing received yet but already claimed on 14/03. I have sent 3 emails plus call without any success. Hope the right people see the review and see that Marara is ***********.
