BAD Medical Aid
This **** medical aid has no depth of how pathetic they are... i have complained for the past three months now for claim payments and seem this medical just does not care... my R3100 monthly debit order is deducted monthly but my claims are not paid??? now the **** call center once again changed so that you never able to get through to an actual person to find out what is happening with ones policy i am furious about how this medical aid just does care... why should i keep on paying for this?? and i cant leave until end of the year because medical aids feel you owe them if you cancel before year end.. strange if i spent maybe R10 000 in medical cost via medical aid yet i paid almost R30 000 to these ******.... i want some one from Bonitas to call me back NOW!!!
