Bad experience with Bonitas medical aid...

What is happening at Bonitas Medical aid ?

Took the medical aid in February 2022.I paid over R12000 already- R6280 with EFT in March 2022 cause they said the medical aid was in areas. They went into my salary via stop order and took another R6280 from my April 2022 salary - without my permission. On the 16th of April 2022 the medical aid debited another R6280 from my bank account.

I simply reversed the debit order which was going to make the total payment to more than R18000 for a three months old medical where I pay around R3200 per month.

Now my membership with Bonitas has been suspened for the arrears of R 9420.

Is my maths wrong Or is Bonitas medical aid having a party with my resources cause they can? I contacted them on numerous occasions on this matter and I am not receiving any joy from Bonitas I don't understand if it's incompetence or simply treating me like this cause they can!
