Bad experience with bonitas and Agilehealth

I have a very bad experience with bonitas, we have been using bonitas for some time in my family until now we decided to change the beneficiary to be the main member the problem started when doing new applications and apparently Agilehealth is the one assisting bonitas with applications and it seems like this agilehealth is the new company with new staff, I called them more than once tracing the status of my application and they told me that nothing on their system they gave me reference numbers I forwarded them my documents. I went to bonitas Florida they tried to assist me but their hands are tied as well as my application need to go through agilehealth. Even Florida bonitas forwarded them my documents and still agilehealth said I haven't submitted my documents they said I have outstanding documents yesterday they called again and I thought maybe this time they will assist but still is the same the minute I tell myself that I'm leaving bonitas they call and give me false hope. I don't believe now it's been a month now struggling with the application bonitas must just do their newapplications or else they will lose clients
