Bad experience- Neliswa

I been with Bonitus for 13 months, I have experienced very bad life-threatening serious problem that cannot even measure or explain...on how bad it is....I ran to hospital last night for using medical aid, having shortness on of breath problem with hope of finding help urgently, when i get to hospital Bonitus says, (MEDICAL AID HAS BEEN TERMINATED) while i have been paying for the whole year through my company, R1,500 is deducted monthly on my pay slip, i last used it to go the GP twice last year and with their selected pharmacy i received my medication after 2 weeks and with over the counter medication doesn't allow me to take any medication needed to cover my need, , i have been paying from my pocket the whole year for medication, only paid 400 for the DR, i have to pay for medication because i cannot wait for 2 weeks to get medication being sick, i can write a book within this 13 moths, i lot has happed ...i don't recommend anyone to use Bonitus if you your love life, is very risky, not reliable and day light *******. i left debited trying to save my life while continuing paying not terminated...I requested a printout from hospital that state medical aid terminated and I have it as a proof. i am not DISSAPOINTED BUT SHACKEN, nearly lost my life needed oxygen and medical attention, Bonitus was not there for no good reason while sending statements showing all funds available couldn't access....
