Bad customer service

I called the customer service line on the 13th of June requesting for my medical aid cards. The Agent that was assisting me at the time advised that they will take 7 - 14 business days to be delivered. I called today to follow up and spoke to Godfrey and he advised me that the request was not actioned. I have been with this company for 7 months but I haven't received my cards. The service I have been getting from Bonitas Representatives has been awful, they don't go the extra mile to assist customers. I regret canceling my previous medical aid to give them a chance.
