Bad Customer Service

I went on the 04-08-2026 to have the mental and health done by the only Pharmacy in Koster North West. I was sitting next to the nurse when she submitted my forms. I did this because I knew my funds was depleted because of my health going fast down the drain, until now it was not allocated and now I'm getting bills that was supposed to be covered with this additional money from the check that was done. Multiple mails was send without getting feedback
