Bad customer service

I’ve been waiting for my refund since March im being sent from pillar to post right after I went to my bank to get an official physical stamp to prove that im the owner of the account I get told to find a commissioner of oath when I ask where to get this im told to go to a local church or post office imagine the trouble when my account confirmation letter has a physical stamp from the bank. What’s strange is that they accepted my ID copy but the bank letter is being rejected with the stamp from the bank. When I request to speak to a manager or a supervisor no one is willing to take my call instead im redirected to a consultant
