bad customer service

Last year I had the same problem with Bonitas and Pharmacy direct undermining the importance of their clients and after apologising I decided to forgive and move on even though my health was put at risk. this year the same thing happens and no one calls to update with regards to changes or any delays. I am sick and tired of the poor customer service from Bonitas and Pharmacy direct. How do you just live knowing that you have inconvenience someone else and not care about the consequences. my delivery of medication was supposed to be on the 4th Of October , However this was done on the 11 th of October after I had to call and do follow ups ..this is disgusting and extremely poor service. I want to be contacted with regards to this inconvenience.
