Bad Cronic decissons.
My name is Piet de Klerk, med no. ***. My Doktor Mac du Plessis from Medicross in Athlone Park, KZN deemed it neccasary to add an extra tablet onto my Cronic medication as I am Sugar Diabetes 2. This is not the first time the PMB of Bonitas rejecting it everytime. I have registered as a PMB patiant. I would just like to know why do I pay over R3000 a month on fees and use the medical aid only twice a year when I have to do the 6 monthly check up every year. Last year I never used the medical aid only for Cronic. Didn't even go for Doctor check ups. Thousands of rands the medical aid just took. If I can I will move to another medical aid right now but because my employer only have two medical aids. Discovery that I don't like same problem and Bonitas. When I started with Bonitas 8 years ago they were brilliant. The last 2 or 3 years they are very bad with the cronic medication.
