bad consultant

bonitas client service is terrible i just spoke to a consultant that was so ***********, i needed to know if a root canal is covered on my medical aid she did not know what that was then she asked me to spell it REALLY this is basic she then made me hold on for 10 mins then a further 5 mins just to tell me contact the dental department, she could have easily said to i need to go through the dental department instead of me holding on and me telling her that im at work and very busy as well, i then asked her something about chronic benefits she said contact that department and gave me a contact number thats 5 digits which is 40309 im telling her this number is short a contact number has to be 10 digits she insists i call this number because its whats on her system this is just unacceptable
