Bad client service actually NO service!

Do not even think of joining Bonitas medical aid. The service use to be decent, but since June/July there is NO service. Claims take long to pay. Just read what everybody else is saying. The service is non existent. I'm changing medical aids! I do not care about the change over, you did not do your homework!!
