BAD BONITAS MED AUD

If I could, I'd rate Bonitas - 10. It's pathetic service since Momentum has taken over from Medscheme.Ni body abswers calls, WhatsApp messages aren't rep**** to, more emails are 3 weeks old, nobody even opens them. It's pathetic how bad, horrid, appealing the service is. We can't wait to cancel and go with Discovery or any other company. There's no words to describe how poor the ser8is, lack if response, Ira like a ghost company, dealing with a government Dept is more hopeful than Bonitas. Horrid, people out there, we need to watch Ned aid, abs those intend joining Bonitas, DO NOT, I repeat Do not join Bonitas, it is by far the worse, they get top prize for the absence of assisting consumers I think it's time for the Medical ombudsman to get involved. We aren't getting free med aid Bonitas, we are paying hefty fees. Disgusting how low you've degenerated.
