Bad Bonita's

Please be beware of Bonita's medical aid. They do not explain to you that when using the hospital option after hours that you must obtain authorization. I went to the hospital because i had a terrible pain in my head and was not aware that i must have authorization nor did the hospital inform me about this fine print rule. They also do not reply on E Mails. I believe that this is unfair and that they should pay the account.

I also app**** for medication to be added to my chronic via E. Mail they did not even answer me.
