Bad bad service

Very bad service, they think they can just deduct whatever they like from your bank account with the debit order and you have to fight for a month to get a refund. They have been rude and still have not resolved the query, I am very disgusted and disappointed that I want to terminate my membership and go elsewhere. They will pay for the chronic medication and next thing they stop it. Like really we pay every month to have a medical aid and they just think they can do what they like with your money!!!!!!!!!!
