bad bad service

<p>I will be very short and to the point. I left Bonitas for Discovery because of their incompetency in dealing with queries. I am with a company which is offering Bonitas as medical aid and am back into @$@$#! service. i rejoined Bonitas from Discovery, i left discovery in december 2016 joining bonitas in january 2017 and am charged late joiner fee and have waiting period. i dont want to repeat the reason given by Royston from their underwriting department as people will laugh. bonitas could not pick that i was actually with them between 2009 to 2011 when i joined discovery. such a shame.</p>
