BAD BAD BAD BAD
Bonitas, or their underwriters, are so BAD at keeping to their own policies, I don't think they understand what their own policies mean, or how to interpret it. <br> I am 38 and due for a hysterectomy due to excessive bleeding and overbearing pain. They keep on coming up with policy references and they are creating a stalling tactic to not authorise my procedure. Excuses, excuses, excuses and not willing to pay for a needed procedure is all I can link Bonitas name to.<br> Do not EVER, EVER take up medical aid with them.
