Bad Attitude and Service

I was recently rentrenched and i am looking into the option of a cheaper scheme from Bonitas viz Boncap as i am going to be unemployed but still need medical aid as i have an annuity which can subsidise me however the red tape and lack of empathy from call centre agents who tell me that it will be declined as it is for pensioners and students hello i am on early pension but basically i have been on medical aid from 1999 and to think that you cannot even be assisted is pathetic
