Bad attitude
I have medical aid with Bonitas, and I have changed the companies with, intruction to debit the money from my account. So Bonitas decided to terminate my membership without consulting with on the options that I can opt for.<br> <br> NOT THAT ONLY THEY ALSO DEDUCT MONEY FOR THE MONTH SINCE WE PAY UPFRONT FOR MEDICAL AID. IF YOU TAKE MONEY FOR END OF MARCH THAT MEANS I NEED TO BE COVERED FOR APRIL AS WELL HOWEVER IT DIDN'T HAPPEN WITH BONITAS THEY JUST TEMINATED MY MEMBERSHIP.<br> <br> BAD ATTITUDE : I called in for clarification the call cetre guys gave me attiude.

This peoples deducted the money upfront and terminate my contract now they telling that I owe them money again, I would like to know how do you do business,. U can’t terminate My Membership after deducting the money and tell me I still owe monthly fee.
