Bad attitude

I am a very unhappy bonitas member. Last year Feb i was unfairly dismissed and rehired within a month. Meaning my employer terminated my bonitas medical aid for the month i was off. As soon as i was rehired he put me back on the medial aid. More more than a year and a half nobody at bonitas contacted me regarding my previous option i was on to inform me that there is money outstanding for funds used that i was not entiteled to. Now all off a sudden i get threatned with sms's stating i was handed over to the credit buro and they are putting a judgemet on my name. THIS IS NOT HOW ONE DO IT. I AM VERY UNHAPPY. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF BONITAS FOR MANY YEARS. I THINK I MUST GO OVER TO DISCOVERY FROM JANUARY 2016. i will even go as far as to hand this case over to the ombutsman
