Bad and poor treatment by Bonitas Medical Aid
Bonitas doesn't respect clients. Expected to get medical refund in May however, nothing so far despite their 14 days turnaround time. Last communication on my initiation was they are having a backlog. Backlog for 3 months? Hayi nisile.
