Bad and poor service
I have a bad experience with this medical aid honestly

15 Sept 2025, 19:53My name is Patricia, I have a complaint about Bonitas medical fund. I'm a member.
I went at LENMED hospital Randfontein to give birth naturally, Date of service 30/01/2024,and my claim was not paid up until today. (The Amount of R17 521,90)

And Lancet Laboratories for blood tests done on the baby on the 31/01/2024 the amount of R2,519.10.
I have requested assistance regarding this account numerous times at Bonitas offices at Sibanye with no resolution which ultimately is causing me stress and unnecessary problems. Can this matter be resolved as I will be canceling this medical aid because I honestly can't take all this stress because now the hospital is sending me to the attorneys for this yet I'm paying my medical aid every month. I fail to understand what's the delay is for. Please get back to me ASAP.
