Bad administration

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing management of my health records. Yesterday, I received a letter stating that my chronic conditions, specifically Mental Disorder and Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB), are no longer classified as Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) conditions.

This continuous administrative chaos and lack of accurate record-keeping is taking a severe toll on my health and is contributing directly to a decline in my mental stability. Both mental Disorder and Tuberculosis are legally protected PMB conditions under the Medical Schemes Act. Before the recent administration takeover, these conditions were fully approved, registered, and paid as PMB conditions by the scheme without issue.
