Bad Administration Decisions, will Lose Members in 2027

In 2027, Bonitas is going to lose alot of members, due their lack of customer services. I've been on the phone yesterday for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the call to get an authorization for a specialist visit for a registered condition, I tried the WhatsApp and was told to email ***. Still no response with an authorization number as yet. Even the GP's are complaining that it's so hard to get authorisation now. They can't be claiming to be the number medical aid in the country if they can't assist their members. I've read so many reviews this morning and can feel the frustration of each member.
