Baby line - Useless .
Baby helpline - Wasted More then R 200.00 airtime trying to get hold of a consultant. when joining they claim that you will receive a baby bag etc when falling pregnant and that you qualify for it 24 weeks into your pregnancy......... Ive been phoning since then and im now 37 weeks pregnant - have not received a call back as promised and no baby bag. They put you on hold for atleast 10 minutes or put you through to a answering machine " to leave a message" - which they never phone you back on .
