baby bag waiting for 13 months
was pregnant and the baby is 4 months now no baby. i want to the brach in Port Elizabeth they said I was on waiting list since i was 6 months. the lady who is pregnant at the moment has not even given birth received her bag. why is that. when i call the call centre i was put on hold by nomsa buthelezi. i did a survey and i mentioned this but no one responded. I will never recommend this medical aid and I will be asking my husband to change it. bad service when it comes to maternity.
