Baby bag

Good Day

I have called Bonitas baby line at 24weeks of pregnancy. Was advised that baby bag would be delivered within 6 weeks.

Called them again at 32 weeks of pregnancy, then was told that they will contact distributor and will give me call back with feedback.

At 33weeks of pregnancy I called them once again and every other week was given different excuses.

Then I decided to contact Bonitas complaints department ... no feedback at all.

My baby is currently 1week old and still no baby bag.

We pay so a lot of money for this medical aid yet there is always some kind of problems with no solutions.

Bad clientele.
