Baby bag

Called and inquired about the baby bag supp**** when a member gives birth and was told that the marketing department will be in touch. Its now over a month after my child was born. Like seriously for what use will the bag be if its not available within the first month. Shouldnt it even arrive before the baby is born. I am grossly dissapointed with bonitas's service.
