Babies need to be prioritised when giving information

I registered my pregnancy with Bonitas early in the year and not once did I receive important information about registering my baby within 30 days of the birth. I called again later in the year to get confirmation of my caesarean and still no information about registering the baby within 30 days. I receive messages about breastfeeding, bleeding and enjoying my baby but nothing about registering the baby. I call in January to ask for forms thinking that I still have time and still the agent says nothing about the 30 day rule. I receive a claim is now rejected because the baby was not registered. On enquiry I am told there is a 30 day rule and now there is a waiting period. This is disgusting, that you do not inform clients about such an important rule, essentially compromising the security of the baby which is more important than the messages you have been sending. Your priorities are skewed.
