AWFUL SERVICE FROM BONITAS
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH BONITAS!!!!
We were on the Bonfit select plan and wanted to do a plan change and change main member..... Bonitas then thought it was a good idea to TERMINATE the plan in total. After numerous calls and mails, nothing has been resolved and we are currently without any medical aid....
Definitely won't recommend Bonitas to anyone.... Still waiting for 7 supervisors to phone back and resolve our issue, but according to the call centre it was an IT problem... I think this is an employee problem
