Awesul service from ***

I have signed up firstly with Dikeledi Moshimane from Ask Us Business Solutions in November 2025, I later had to change plans, so she sent me a change of plan form which was completed and sent to her the very next day, after 3 weeks I done a follow up and nothing was done, I then had to contact Bonitas directly who assisted me. I was frustrated and asked to change brokers, I get hold of Mr Shane Masheshwe from Ask Us Business Solutions, who said he will help me going forward. As per below I sent him a mail below and still no feedback which I think is really bad service.I need a broker who actually deserves a commission, someone who can help, please advise who can help me going forward. I refuse to have either Dikeledi or Shane as a broker,I also dont mind changing medical aids to get better service Please advise as a matter of extreme urgency.
