Avoid Bonitas Bon Cap!
If you are looking for a medical aid, be sure to avoid the Bonitas Bon Cap option! Especially if you are on chronic medicine! They have major issues with the new idiots who supply the chronic meds, called Marara Pharmacy. What a load of ****! Since they started with these idiots, I literally haven't had 1 single month where there wasn't an issue with the service. And if you launch a complaint, they take forever to fix it and then they play the blame game and waste more time. I wonder how the Bon Cap people and the people at Marara Pharmacy are connected as family or friends, because Marara definitely did NOT get voted in for their service!
And then there is Bon Cap vs PathCare as well.... He said, she said....back and forth. The one blaming the other. Then it is a stale claim and then it is the wrong ICD10 (Claim code) code.
This is probably where we start to deal with the 30% to 35% pass rate idiots who got a job via friends or family. Whatever the case might be, Bonitas Bon Cap is bad news. Totally pathetic!
