Avoid because they force us to use their pathetic Pharmacy Direct
Don't recommend purely because they force us to use Pharmacy Direct although the same medication cost cheaper at retail pharmacies where we can collect. Pharmacy Direct claimed and was paid for my chronic medication (diabetic including insulin) on 6 December 2023 yet I have received the medication to date and have run out. Its about time Government changes this designated service provider (part of their company group Afrocentric: anti-competitive). We need to start petitions.
