Authorization number
The most medical aid ever This is the second time iam have a problem with getting an authorisation number. When you call bonitas they keep on transferring you instead of assisting, bonitas is just something else they don't make use of the first call resolution they don't even respond to the emaIs sent to them yet they know that when you are reffered to a specialist they need the authorisation number. Ai Bonitas is something else and I would never ref anyone to them
