Authorization declined

I was admitted to hospital via the emergency room at mediclinic ermelo on 16 December 2022. My medical aid now declined my hospital authorization stating that I didn't use a network gp. This was an emergency and I was admitted due to my diabetes and hypertension which are both PMB conditions. Was I supposed to look for a network gp at the emergency room while I felt like I'm dying? I need this to be sorted out.
