Authorization call center

The worst experience with the authorization call center!!! Their lines are not working so ended up calling the entire call center, each time speaking to someone new! Nobody can assist with anything and everything keeps being escalated!!! Is it though??? All I need was an auth number but goes from one doctor to the next (Bonitas doctors) While my dad is old and sitting at the hospital waiting to have his procedure done with no auth number. RIDICULOUS!!!! How about you close your pathetic call center.
